Titus: perte nette de 72,3 mls € au 1er semestre.

Titus annonce mardi une perte nette de 72,3 millions d'euros pour le premier semestre de son exercice 2002/2003 clos fin mars. L'éditeur de jeux vidéo avait dégagé un bénéfice net de 7,5 millions d'euros un an plus tôt. Répartie par action, la perte se monte à 7,7 . Les comptes font également apparaître une perte exceptionnelle de 13,7 millions d'euros, contre un bénéfice exceptionnel de 20,1 millions d'euros au premier semestre 2001/2002, une perte courante de 31,7 millions d'euros (contre une perte de 15 millions d'euros), et une perte d'exploitation de 27 millions d'euros (contre une perte de 8,7 millions d'euros). Enfin, le chiffre d'affaires a chuté de 71% à 21,2 millions d'euros, pénalisé par le décalage des sorties européennes lié aux difficultés de trésorerie du groupe.

Concernant la situation financière du groupe, Titus Interactive précise par ailleurs qu'il a proposé de nouvelles modalités de conversion de ses Oceanes 2% juillet 2005 et 2,5% 2008.

A la bourse de Paris, le titre Titus cède 5,13% à 0,74E.
