La « Boulangerie des Métiers »

J'aimerais être boulanger–patissier, faire beaucoup de gateaux au chocolat.
Dans ma boulangerie, je ferais un pain que je nommerais le « pain du métier ». Ma boulangerie, je la nommerais la « Boulangerie des Metiers ».
Elle se situera à Castillon-la-Bataille ou bien à Libourne.
Elle sera très décorée. Le prix des pains ne dépassera pas 6 euros. Les salaires seront de mille euros.
En fin de semaine, ils auront un pain et un gateau.
La boulangerie sera fermée tous les mercredis, pour être ouverte uniquement pour les boulangers-patissiers.
Le mardi et le samedi,		 il y aura un pain de ma spécialité extraordinairement bon : le pain saucisse à la moutarde de Dijon.
Il y aura également un pain de chaque pays européen, mais aussi ceux venus de l'Afrique.
On gagnera notre argent en vendant tout ces pains.
S'il y a des enfants qui veulent faire du pain ou des gateaux, ou encore inventer de nouvelles recettes, les recettes seront vendues 3 ou 4 euros. Et pour tout pain acheté, un sera offert avec la recette.
Il y aura aussi des Dvds et des magazines à la vente.
Pour les sportifs, il y aura un pain pour chaque sport.
La pâte est la peau du patissier ;		la baguette est son arme.
La foix du boulanger est de vendre du pain pour faire plaisir à ses clients.
Pour commencer, il faut être prôpre. Savoir quels pains vont être fabriqués. Et tous les dimanches, les boulangers-patissiers montrent à leurs clients comment faire du bon pain, à la façon de chez nous. A chaque fête de Pâques, par exemple, on fait des dessins de clochers, ou pour Halloween, des dessins de monstres. Enfin pour Noël, on ajoute des guirlandes et des père-noëls lumineux.
