Leader des jeux vidéo, Electronic Arts publie un profit supérieur aux attentes.
Bonne nouvelle pour l'édition de jeux vidéo, un secteur qui a été beaucoup chahuté en Bourse cette semaine : l'américain Electronic Arts, leader mondial, a dégagé un bénéfice net de 50 millions de dollars (34 cents par action) lors de son deuxième trimestre fiscal, grâce aux fortes ventes de sa licence Madden. Les analystes tablaient sur un profit deux fois moins important, de 17 cents par action en moyenne. Dans le même temps, le chiffre d'affaires du groupe s'est élevé à 453 millions de dollars, contre 240,2 millions de dollars un an plus tôt.
La société lyonnaise Infogrames publiera pour sa part son chiffre d'affaires trimestriel lundi 4 novembre. Leave a comment | Reddit!
